Priest-in-charge / Lead Pastor

Ben is married to Lydia and they have three children: Tilly, Bea and Freddie. Ben is the Lead Pastor and has particular responsibility for leadership development, vision and teaching the Bible. He loves helping people encounter God’s love and grow as passionate disciples of Jesus.

For fun (or sometimes torture) he follows the England Cricket Team and Chelsea FC.

Co-Pastor

Lydia is a voluntary pastor and helps lead the church with Ben. She spends most of her week working as a hospital doctor. In church ministry she is particularly passionate about seeing women encounter the Holy Spirit - finding freedom and wholeness.

The things that bring her life include running and cooking. Though not normally at the same time!

Operations Manager

Tijen is a Turkish Cypriot who grew up in a Muslim household and met Jesus in a dream. As Operations Manager Tijen oversees all administrative tasks. However, her role extends beyond logistics; her true passion lies in helping individuals who have suffered mistreatment.

Tijen's dedication to her morning frothy coffee routine has made her the subject of jokes among her colleagues. She is passionate about hospitality and hopes to remind everyone around her that sometimes small acts of kindness can make the biggest difference.

Children and Families Pastor

Rebecca is married to Sam, they live in Dulwich with their two kids. Rebecca is the Children and Families Pastor and is responsible for the development of this ministry area which involves outreach into the local community and schools as well as working with families who are already part of HT.

Rebecca hopes to build relationships with HT families and the local community through events like Mossy Church. Rebecca has a very sweet tooth so tries to convince herself that she enjoys running as much as she loves eating cake whilst reading!

Youth Pastor

Tom is married to Sarah, has two beautiful daughters, Chloe and Emma and has lived in the area for most of his life. Tom is the Youth Pastor and is responsible for leading and building the youth ministry at the church.

He is passionate about working with young people and fostering a love for Jesus. Tom is also passionate about Chelsea FC - proof that none of us are perfect!

Worship Lead

Luke is the volunteer lead for the worship ministry at HT which involves leading worship and supporting and encouraging others to do the same wherever and whenever they feel able to do so. Passionate about Holy Spirit centred worship, he loves to see people experience the release and freedom that the love of Jesus can bring through the power of music and sung worship.

When Luke is not strumming a guitar in the chord of G, he enjoys playing tennis with his two teenage daughters, walking his highly excitable dog, Scout, taking an early morning plunge in an ice bath and eating peanut butter, pineapple and pancakes - combined.

Gardening Lead

Dave is married to Alison and is the voluntary Gardening Lead; helping to ensure the site is ready to be enjoyed by the church and community. He is a fan of Arsenal FC (but you better think twice before insulting The Gunners because he’s also an ex-policeman!)
